aesop-above-us-steorra-sample
Aesop Above Us, Steorra Sample

Above Us, Steorra is a perfume from Aesop. We do not have its notes on record, which is one more reason to let your own nose decide. A decant of 2, 5 or 10 ml lets you wear it on several days before you decide about a full bottle. Write down what you notice after a few minutes and again after lunch, and you will see how it moves.

No pyramid here

Our record for Above Us, Steorra stops at brand and name. Notes, families and seasons are left out here because we cannot verify them. Notes on a list are a map, and what you notice on your own skin is the territory. Clothes hold a scent differently from skin, which makes a scarf or sleeve a useful second test.

Status: on request

The status of Above Us, Steorra is on request. That is an honest way of saying it is on our list but not yet in a vial. The form on this page is where you raise your hand. Wear it on more than one day before you make up your mind. Do not judge it next to other perfumes on the same arm, as they blur each other.

The sample itself

The decant holds the same liquid as the full bottle of Aesop Above Us, Steorra, moved into a small glass spray vial by FragranceGems and labelled by us. Three sizes mean you decide how long you want to test. Glass does not react with perfume, so what you smell is the perfume itself.

How to test it

No season or occasion is on record for Above Us, Steorra, so let your own days decide. Apply one or two sprays to clean skin, without other scented products nearby. Note what you think each time, and read your notes back at the end of the week.

Who it is for

No audience is on record for Aesop Above Us, Steorra, and a perfume does not check who wears it anyway. Collectors use decants to explore widely without filling a shelf. A label like that is a hint, not a rule: wear what suits you.

Why try Aesop Above Us, Steorra as a sample first

A sample of Above Us, Steorra answers the two things that matter: whether you like it, and whether you still like it on the fifth wearing. The decant is filled by FragranceGems from the original bottle and labelled by us. Aesop is not involved, and it is not an official brand sample.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same perfume as the full bottle?
Yes. The liquid is taken from the original bottle of Aesop Above Us, Steorra and filled into a glass spray vial by FragranceGems. The vial carries our own label, so it is a decant and not a sample made by the brand.

Why does this page list no notes?
No note list is on record with us for Aesop Above Us, Steorra, and we only print notes we can trace to a source. The sample lets you judge the perfume without a list.

Can I try Above Us, Steorra next to other samples?
Yes, and it helps. Wear one perfume per day, or one per arm at most, so the scents do not blur. Short notes after each wearing make the choice easier.
