birkholz-pacific-drive-sample
Birkholz Pacific Drive Sample

Birkholz makes Pacific Drive, a perfume you can get to know here in a small vial. Our data holds its name and its house, not its notes, and we leave it at that. Start with 2, 5 or 10 ml and give it a few days, so that the first impression is not the only one. Pay attention to what is still there by the evening, since that is the part you live with longest.

Notes: not on file

You will not find top, heart and base notes for Birkholz Pacific Drive here. They are not on record with us, and guessing is not how we write these pages. Notice how close it stays to the skin and how much of it others pick up. Notes on a list are a map, and what you notice on your own skin is the territory.

On request

Birkholz Pacific Drive is listed so that you can ask for it. Send the form on this page and your interest is noted; we do not name a date. Do not judge it next to other perfumes on the same arm, as they blur each other. Smell it right after applying and again later in the day, because the first minutes rarely tell the whole story.

How the sample is made

A decant is perfume poured over from the original bottle into a smaller one. For Pacific Drive that means a glass spray vial of 2, 5 or 10 ml with our label on it. The vial closes tightly and fits in a pocket or bag, so you can test it wherever your day goes.

How to test it

Our data does not say whether Birkholz Pacific Drive is meant for warm or cold days, so test it in both if you can. Keep the rest of the vial for a second and third try in other weather. Ask someone you trust what they notice, because your own nose adapts quickly.

Who it is for

For Birkholz Pacific Drive no target wearer is recorded here. Whoever wears it decides whether it fits, not the label. It also works for anyone who wants a small vial for travel or a bag. People who tire of scents quickly do well with small sizes.

Why try Birkholz Pacific Drive as a sample first

Descriptions and reviews tell you how Pacific Drive wears on other people; only a sample tells you how it wears on you. It is our own decant from the original bottle, labelled by us. This is not an official brand sample and the house is not involved.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same perfume as the full bottle?
Yes. The liquid is taken from the original bottle of Birkholz Pacific Drive and filled into a glass spray vial by FragranceGems. The vial carries our own label, so it is a decant and not a sample made by the brand.

Why does this page list no notes?
No note list is on record with us for Birkholz Pacific Drive, and we only print notes we can trace to a source. The sample lets you judge the perfume without a list.

How do I test Pacific Drive properly?
Spray it on clean skin, do not rub, and check it after a few minutes, at midday and in the evening. Repeat that on a few different days before you decide about a bottle.
