What it contains is not on record with us, so the description stops at the facts we have. A decant of 2, 5 or 10 ml lets you wear it on several days before you decide about a full bottle. A paper strip shows the outline, skin shows the detail.

An honest gap

We have the name and the house of The Cobra & The Canary, not its notes. Instead of copying a list from somewhere, we leave that part empty. Try it on a normal day, not only on a special one, to see whether it fits your routine. Smell it right after applying and again later in the day, because the first minutes rarely tell the whole story.

Not on the shelf yet

Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary has the status on request. The page is here so you can tell us you are interested; the sizes open up once we can fill the sample. We make no promise about timing. Pay attention to what is still there by the evening, since that is the part you live with longest.

The sample itself

Your sample of Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary is a decant: the perfume is taken from the original bottle by FragranceGems and filled into a glass spray vial of 2, 5 or 10 ml. The vial carries our own label. The vial closes tightly and fits in a pocket or bag, so you can test it wherever your day goes.

How to test it

For Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary we hold no season or occasion data, so try it in more than one setting. Spray it on the inside of your wrist or elbow and do not rub. Start light; you can always add a spray on the next wearing.

Who it is for

We hold no data on who The Cobra & The Canary is meant for, so we do not label it. It is for the careful chooser and for the curious one. It suits people who like to put a few scents side by side over a week. Collectors use decants to explore widely without filling a shelf.

Why try Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary as a sample first

A full bottle is a long commitment, and a sample lets you make it with open eyes. What you get is a decant made by FragranceGems from the original bottle, with our label. The house is not involved and it is not an official brand sample.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same perfume as the full bottle?
Yes. The liquid is taken from the original bottle of Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary and filled into a glass spray vial by FragranceGems. The vial carries our own label, so it is a decant and not a sample made by the brand.

Why does this page list no notes?
No note list is on record with us for Imaginary Authors The Cobra & The Canary, and we only print notes we can trace to a source. The sample lets you judge the perfume without a list.

Which size should I choose?
That depends on how long you want to test. The smallest vial is enough for a first impression of The Cobra & The Canary; the larger ones give you many wearings, in different weather and on different days.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0782/5938/8570/files/imaginary-authors-the-cobra-and-the-canary-sample.jpg?v=1791508833
