kilian-paris-smoke-for-the-soul-sample
By Kilian Smoke for the Soul Sample

Smoke for the Soul by By Kilian is a perfume, and this page is about trying it in a small size. We have no note list on record for it, so we describe nothing we cannot back up. A decant gives you time with it, which a quick spray on a paper strip never does. Notice how close it stays to the skin and how much of it others pick up.

Facts only

Our record for Smoke for the Soul stops at brand and name. Notes, families and seasons are left out here because we cannot verify them. Notes on a list are a map, and what you notice on your own skin is the territory. Give it time to settle before you judge it.

Not on the shelf yet

The status of Smoke for the Soul is on request, so the sizes are not open yet. Tell us through the form on this page that you want it, without any obligation. Pay attention to what is still there by the evening, since that is the part you live with longest.

How the sample is made

For this sample, FragranceGems takes Smoke for the Soul from the original bottle and fills a glass spray vial with it. The label on the vial is ours. The smallest size covers a first impression, the largest gives you many wearings. Pick the small vial if you only want to know whether you like it, and a larger one if you want to live with it for a while.

How to test it

No season or occasion is on record for Smoke for the Soul, so let your own days decide. Use it the way you would use a full bottle, on a normal day. Leave other perfumes off that day, so nothing interferes. Wear it on at least three different days before you decide.

Who it is for

Whether By Kilian Smoke for the Soul is marketed to men, women or everyone is not in our record; wear it if you enjoy it. If you already know the house, a decant lets you check whether this one fits next to what you own.

Why try By Kilian Smoke for the Soul as a sample first

The same perfume can be a favourite on one person and a miss on the next, which is the whole case for testing Smoke for the Soul first. Filled by FragranceGems from the original bottle, labelled by us: a decant, not an official brand sample. We are not affiliated with By Kilian.

Frequently asked questions

What does the sample look like?
It is a small glass spray vial of 2, 5 or 10 ml with our own label on it. It sprays like a bottle, so you apply Smoke for the Soul the way you normally would.

Why does this page list no notes?
No note list is on record with us for By Kilian Smoke for the Soul, and we only print notes we can trace to a source. The sample lets you judge the perfume without a list.

How should I keep the vial?
Closed, upright if possible, and away from heat and direct sunlight, the same way you would keep a full bottle. That keeps Smoke for the Soul as it was when we filled it.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0782/5938/8570/files/kilian-paris-smoke-for-the-soul-sample.jpg?v=1791508862
