Afnan Perfumes was founded in 2007 in the United Arab Emirates by Imran Fazlani, who still chairs the house, and says it is present in more than 120 countries. Its collections carry names such as Supremacy, Turathi, Lynked and 9AM/9PM, and its motto is that fragrance "should be expressive, memorable, and unafraid". Among the Afnan samples here are two Eau de Parfum, one from the Supremacy collection and one from Lynked.

The brand
Afnan presents itself as craft-led rather than trend-driven, with "confidence in expression" as its promise, and names Imran Fazlani as founder and chairman and Zaid Fazlani as CEO. The collections are many: Supremacy, Bouquet, 9AM/9PM, Turathi, Ornament, Modest, Edict, Souvenir, Mirsaal, Highness, Lynked, Portrait, Historic, Tribute, Rare and Kiaana among them.
Afnan Supremacy Collectors Edition opens with pineapple, bergamot, apple and white flowers, turns to birch, amber and orange blossom and ends on oakmoss, musk and ambergris. Afnan Lynked Freedom, from the Lynked line, starts with bergamot, grapefruit and sage, moves to lavender, cardamom and juniper berry and ends on caramel and vetiver. Both are Eau de Parfum that FragranceGems lists for men, one fruity and mossy, the other aromatic with a sweet base.
Afnan Supremacy Collectors Edition and Afnan Lynked Freedom are ordered equally often as samples at FragranceGems, so neither is the obvious first vial. Start with the one whose opening appeals, pineapple and apple or grapefruit and sage, and wear the other on a separate day. Both have a full pyramid on their sample page to read along with.

FragranceGems lists both Supremacy Collectors Edition and Lynked Freedom for men. Pineapple and white flowers in the first and caramel in the second make them softer than that label suggests, which a sample on your own skin lets you check.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again. Only thing I hope is that you guys would negotiate better price for GLS shipping to Finland. But I know that is not always possible. And I noticed the prices were lower than the competitors so the steep shipping price was not that big of a deal. Good job all in all.
