Xerjoff was founded in Turin in 2007 by Sergio Momo and Dominique Salvo and describes its own approach as artistic, maximalist and opulent: every scent a work of art inside another work of art. The range is organised in collections, from 1861, which marks the unification of Italy, to Join The Club, whose notes are kept secret. With perfumes this rich, and some whose notes are not disclosed at all, a 10 ml decant is the sensible first step.

XJ 1861 Naxos is a tribute to Sicily: lemon, bergamot and lavender over honey, cinnamon and jasmine sambac, on tobacco leaf and vanilla. Erba Pura sets Sicilian orange, Calabrian bergamot and lemon over Mediterranean fruit, amber and white musk. Alexandria II, a Parfum, is an ode to Arabian perfumery, apple, cinnamon and lavender over rose and Laotian oud. Renaissance is fresh: citrus, mint and lily of the valley on musk and cedarwood.
Join The Club keeps its secrets
Torino21 and 40 Knots belong to Join The Club, where the brand treats the notes as a closely guarded secret. It tells you only the scene: the charged moments before a professional tennis match for Torino21, a sailboat on the Mediterranean for 40 Knots. Erba Gold adds green apple, melon and cardamom to citrus; La Capitale pairs caramel, strawberry and peach with saffron, leather and oud; Cruz del Sur II is mango, pineapple and green leaves.
Turin, a red crown and a guitarist
The signature cap is modelled on the Deshret, the Egyptian Red Crown, seen at the Egyptian Museum in Turin. The Blends line holds collaborations; the first, Tony Iommi Monkey Special, was made in 2021 with the Black Sabbath guitarist and joins rum, passion fruit, leather and caramel. Our decants are filled by FragranceGems from the original bottle and labelled by us; they are not official brand samples, and the house is not involved.

What is the difference between Erba Pura and Erba Gold?
Erba Pura goes from lemon, bergamot and orange to Mediterranean fruit over amber, Madagascar vanilla and white musk. Erba Gold keeps the citrus opening, with ginger, and puts green apple, melon, pear, cloves and cardamom in the heart. The brand calls it playful and vibrant.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again. Only thing I hope is that you guys would negotiate better price for GLS shipping to Finland. But I know that is not always possible.
