Which Arabiyat Prestige sample to try first

Marwa is the name most people search for, but Arabiyat Prestige has almost twenty samples. Six of them, a note map and where to go after Marwa.

Arabiyat Prestige Marwa sample

Arabiyat Prestige is one of the brands of My Perfumes, a perfume manufacturer in Dubai that also makes Arabiyat, Arabiyat Sugar and MPF. The group describes its work as Oriental, French and Arabian perfumery, and Arabiyat Prestige is the label that carries the Eau de Parfum for men, women and unisex wear. FragranceGems sells almost twenty of them as samples. Most people arrive because of one word, Marwa, and it makes sense to start there, but the Arabiyat Prestige collection has more to offer once you have a reference.

The six we would try, in order of demand

These are the six most ordered Arabiyat Prestige samples that have data on file, leaving out Marwa Extrait, which has its own paragraph further down. Where notes exist they come from the record for the full bottle.

Arabiyat Prestige Marwa has no pyramid in our data, only note tags: bergamot, citrus fruit, spices, incense and amber, sorted into the citrus, oriental and woody families, for autumn and winter. That is enough to say where it sits, and not enough to say how it moves, so this one has to be worn.

Aristo is the fresher choice. Ginger flower, mandarin, orange and lemon open it, then magnolia, jasmine and patchouli, then vanilla, musk and sandalwood. FragranceGems lists it for men.

La Di Da For Him runs on geranium, bergamot and grapefruit, tonka bean, aromatic notes and black pepper in the heart, and musk, ambergris and vanilla at the bottom. It sits between fresh and sweet.

Mouda High End is the long list. Grapefruit, bergamot, ginger, lemon and cardamom open it, jasmine sambac, violet, pink pepper, incense and tea form the heart, and cedarwood, birchwood, musk, cashmere wood, amber, vetiver, tonka and hay build the base. It is the dry, woody one.

Mahd Al Dhahab leans oriental. Bergamot, lemon and selected spices open, amber, patchouli and agarwood (oud) make the heart, and vanilla, sandalwood and white musk close.

Marwa Extrait, and how the notes line up

Marwa Extrait is a separate sample of the same perfume in a denser concentration. After you have worn Marwa, it is the cleanest way to see what concentration does, and we do not compare their notes here because we only have tags for the Eau de Parfum.

Across the six, vanilla appears in Aristo, La Di Da For Him, Mahd Al Dhahab and Uhud. Musk is in all of them except Marwa, and amber is in Mouda High End, Mahd Al Dhahab, Uhud and, by tag, Marwa. Tonka bean links La Di Da For Him, Mouda High End and Uhud. Incense links Marwa and Mouda High End, while jasmine links Aristo and Mouda High End. That gives two groups: Marwa, Mouda High End and Mahd Al Dhahab on the dry, resinous side, and Aristo, La Di Da For Him and Uhud on the creamier one. The shared threads are easy to follow through amber, vanilla and musk.

If you have only room for two vials, pick one from each group: Marwa and Uhud, or Mouda High End and Aristo. For colder months, the winter guide adds context, and if the agarwood in Mahd Al Dhahab interests you, the oud guide shows where to go next.

Choosing the full bottle

Once a sample has become a habit, the bottle is the next step. Our vial is filled by FragranceGems from the original bottle, labelled by us, and it is not a brand sample. The full perfume of the reference is at Arabiyat Prestige Marwa. To plan how many vials to order, the sample set page and the FAQ are the right places.

FAQ

Is Arabiyat Prestige Marwa a good first sample?

It is the one customers order most, and it is a sensible reference point for the house: a citrus and amber scent with incense and spices. It has no note pyramid in our data, only note tags, so wear it to judge it.

What is the difference between Marwa and Marwa Extrait?

Marwa Extrait is the same name in a denser concentration, and it is sold as a separate sample. Try the Eau de Parfum first, then the Extrait, to see what the stronger concentration changes on your skin.

Do Arabiyat Prestige samples come in other concentrations?

Most of the perfumes we carry from this house are Eau de Parfum. Marwa Extrait is the main exception in this guide, and the concentration is always printed on the label that we put on the vial.
