How to test them

Try it once at home and once outdoors, since air and temperature change the impression. Note what you think each time, and read your notes back at the end of the week. Start light; you can always add a spray on the next wearing. Leave other perfumes off that day, so nothing interferes.

Skin, weather and habit change how any perfume comes across, and a sample shows you your version of it. Two or three samples at a time is plenty; more than that and the impressions blur. Start with 2, 5 or 10 ml and give it a few days, so that the first impression is not the only one.
