French Avenue Royal Blend Sequoia is a gourmand floral-woody perfume. Raspberry, cognac and a liquor accord open it, rose and moss form the heart, and a praline filling, oak and sandalwood make the base. A boozy raspberry start
Raspberry, cognac and liquor give the opening a fruity, spirited character. The raspberry adds a bright, modern sparkle to the heavier boozy notes. Expect it to smell more like a rich drink than a fruit bowl, and watch how fast the alcohol impression fades on your skin.

Does it smell of alcohol?
Cognac and liquor are recorded in the top, so a boozy impression is part of the opening. It softens as the heart and base come through, and a test shows how much of it stays on you.
Is the rose dominant?
Rose sits in the heart with moss, and it is one voice among fruit, spirit and wood. Many people find it adds softness rather than an obvious flower, but that is personal.
Is it too sweet for daily wear?
