Almond, cinnamon and bark
The start is a firm blend of almond, cinnamon, tree bark and mandarin. Cinnamon and almond give a warm, spiced opening with a faint bittersweet edge, bark adds a dry woodiness and mandarin a thin line of brightness. It is a confident opening, not a delicate one.

Amber, rose and orange
As the perfume warms, amber, rose and orange take the middle. Amber brings depth, rose a rounded floral glow, and orange a touch of juice that keeps the heart from feeling too heavy. This change is where the perfume turns from spice towards flowers and gives you your clearest read on it.

Tonka, vanilla and sandalwood
The base combines tonka, vanilla and sandalwood. Tonka and vanilla make a creamy, sweet bed, and sandalwood gives it a smooth, woody backbone. It is the dessert-like end of the perfume, best judged on skin once the cinnamon has quietened down.
