Bright and resinous at once
The top lists Bergamot, Juniper and Frankincense. Citrus and juniper give a clean first impression, but frankincense is already present, so the opening is not purely fresh. Notice how soon the resin becomes noticeable on your skin.

Myrrh, cardamom and pink pepper
The heart holds Myrrh, Cardamom and Pink Pepper. Myrrh adds a dry, balsamic note, cardamom a cool spiciness and pink pepper a light sparkle. This is the stage where Vantage shows its character, and where personal taste decides.

Cedarwood, vanilla and musk
The base closes with Cedarwood, Vanilla and Musk. Vanilla adds a sweet note to the resins, cedarwood keeps the wood dry, and musk holds everything near the skin. Whether the vanilla or the cedar leads at the end depends on your skin.

How to test it
Try it in the evening or on a cooler day, when resins and spices are easy to appreciate, and once more in daylight to see how it behaves. Apply it to the wrists or the chest and leave it alone, because the heart and base only show after the citrus has gone. Wear it on more than one day.
Who it is for
Vantage is for people who enjoy incense-like perfumes and spiced woods and who want a vanilla that stays in the background. The unisex tag at FragranceGems marks it as open to any wearer. If resin and myrrh are new to you, the sample is the sensible way to find out whether you like them on your own skin.

Is Vantage a heavy perfume?
The pyramid has resins, spices and vanilla, so it is not a light citrus cologne. How heavy it feels depends on how much you apply and on your skin. Start with a small amount from the 10 ml vial and build up.
Which note should I watch for first?
Frankincense. It is already in the top, so it tells you early on whether resin suits you, before myrrh follows in the heart.
How many days should I test it?
Two or three separate days are enough to see a pattern. Wear it at different times, note the vanilla and cedarwood at the end, and compare your impressions rather than judging after a single try.
