Milk and orange
Fior di latte, cocoa butter and heliotrope lead, joined by sweet orange zest, frangipane and Mohea vanilla. The opening is milky and soft instead of sharp, the orange giving only a small lift. Notice whether it feels like a warm cup of milk or is already too sweet.

Cocoa, hazelnut and cream
The heart gathers cocoa flower, tonka bean, fior di panna, chocolate, roasted hazelnut, dates and dark chocolate. The dark chocolate adds a little bitterness against the sweetness, while hazelnut and dates give roundness. It is the richest part, close to a dessert.

Sugar, caramel and rum
The base brings vanilla bean, cane sugar, benzoin, white musk, caramel, toffee and barrel-aged rum. Here the sweetness turns dense and warm, with the rum adding a boozy edge and the musk softening everything. Judge this stage on a second wearing, once you know the start.

About Lorenzo Pazzaglia
Lorenzo Pazzaglia grew up around his family's restaurant in the hills of the Marche, and the brand tells his story as that of a chef, a nose and a dreamer. You notice the kitchen in the perfumes: rum over vanilla pods, mango with coconut milk, red wine and cherry, salt and seaweed. The house, founded in 2021, makes Extrait de Parfum only. Formulas this dense and this literal are worth wearing as a 10 ml decant before you choose a bottle.
