Four vanillas at the start
Bourbon, Madagascar, Tahitian and black vanilla open the perfume together. The brand makes the nuance between the varieties the whole point, combining similar notes with mastery and balance. The opening is already full and round, with no sharp edge.

Island vanilla, flowers, caramel
In the heart island vanilla meets white flowers and caramel. The flowers give some lift and softness, while the caramel pushes the sweetness toward dessert. This is the sweetest stage, where the separate vanillas blend into one warm, enveloping accord.

Oud, vanilla bean and tonka
In the base, agarwood (oud) gives the sugar a dark, woody counterweight beside pure vanilla bean, tonka bean and a second layer of black vanilla. It keeps the perfume from being only sweet. As an Extrait it stays dense and close to the skin.

Lorenzo Pazzaglia grew up around his family's restaurant in the hills of the Marche, and the brand tells his story as that of a chef, a nose and a dreamer. You notice the kitchen in the perfumes: rum over vanilla pods, mango with coconut milk, red wine and cherry, salt and seaweed. The house, founded in 2021, makes Extrait de Parfum only. Formulas this dense and this literal are worth wearing as a 10 ml decant before you choose a bottle.
