Bergamot, a single bright note
Bergamot alone makes the top. It is a bright, slightly bitter citrus that sets the tone without competing with anything. With nothing else near it, you can notice how quickly it passes from sparkle to something softer on your skin.

Orange blossom in the heart
The heart is Orange Blossom, a white-floral note that is fresh and a little formal. The short pyramid gives it room. It stands alone in this stage, so you can judge whether you enjoy the flower in a clean, woody setting rather than inside a bouquet.

Ambrofix and patchouli
The base is Ambrofix™ and Patchouli. Ambrofix™ gives a modern, woody amber effect, and patchouli adds an earthy depth. How the two sit together at the end is the real character of Narcisus, and it only shows once the citrus has gone.

How to test it
Apply it to clean skin and wait for the transitions instead of judging the bergamot. Note when the orange blossom appears and when the patchouli begins to dominate. A working day and a quiet evening are two good test settings, and a second day confirms what you noticed.
Who it is for
Narcisus is for people who like a clean citrus-floral perfume with an earthy finish and prefer a few clear notes over a complex pyramid. FragranceGems tags it for daily and work use. If you like layered, spicy or sweet perfumes, the sample will show whether this simpler build is enough.
Why try Velixir Narcisus as a sample first
With only four notes there is little to hide behind, so small differences in skin chemistry show. Patchouli in particular can feel earthy on one wearer and sweet on another. Why is the pyramid so short?
That is how it is recorded at FragranceGems: one note in the top, one in the heart and two in the base. We add nothing to it, so the page stays with those four.
Is patchouli the main note?
Patchouli sits in the base together with Ambrofix™, so it comes at the end. Whether it feels strong depends on your skin and on how much you apply. The sample shows how it behaves on you.
Can I wear it in autumn?
FragranceGems tags it for autumn and winter as well as daily and work use. The woody, earthy base suits cooler weather, and you can confirm that on your own skin with the decant.

About Velixir
Velixir is a young perfume house from Indonesia, founded in 2025, that says it wants to "redefine accessible luxury in modern perfumery" and bring Indonesian perfumery to a global stage. The perfumes are Eau de Parfum and carry names from mythology: Icarus, Asteria, Aphrodite, Persephone, Poseidon. Because the range is wide and the names say little about the scent, a few samples side by side are the quickest way in.
