Orange, lemon, citron, mint, black currant and coriander arrive together. Together they read as bright citrus and herb, with mint adding a cool edge and black currant a tart, dark-fruit sharpness. Give this layer a minute, as it shifts quickly.

The fruity floral middle
May rose and apricot make a soft, rounded middle. Basil and carrot seeds keep it green and a little earthy so that it does not go sugary. The brand calls this a floral-fruity heart, and the basil carries on the herbal thread from the opening.
