Does it contain lavender and patchouli together?
Yes, both are in the heart of the recorded pyramid, with geranium. Lavender and geranium keep the middle clean, while patchouli adds earth. The balance differs per skin.
Is it a fruity perfume?
The opening is fruity (grapefruit, apple, black currant), but the middle and base are aromatic and woody. The fruit is the first impression, not the whole perfume.
How do I judge the sandalwood?
Sandalwood sits in the base, so give the perfume time. Smell your wrist at the end of the day, when the fruit is gone, and see whether the creamy wood and musk are what remains.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again.
