Citrus in full sun
Mandarin and sweet orange start juicy and sunlit, rounder than a sharp lemon opening. It is closer to fruit eaten outdoors than to a cologne. Notice how long this bright layer lasts before anything salty arrives, because that is where the holiday mood starts.

A warm floral middle
Ylang ylang, jasmine and tiaré make the heart. Ylang ylang is creamy and slightly fruity, jasmine heady and bright, tiaré tropical and soft. The sample will show you whether you enjoy white flowers this warm, or whether the middle feels overloaded for you.

Sea salt, wood, vanilla
Sea salt gives the base a dry, mineral edge, driftwood a pale, weathered wood, and the vanilla infusion keeps the ending soft rather than sweet. In the brand's own phrase the result is salty and sun-kissed. Salt on skin behaves differently from person to person, which is the whole reason to test.

About Fascent
Fascent is a young French house whose first perfumes arrived in 2023, co-founded by Fanny Fortin Descamps and Edwina Réthoré after years at Guerlain, Firmenich, Le Labo and Diptyque. The name fuses 'facets' and 'scent', every perfume is unisex and each one is meant to be worn alone or layered with another. Playful names hide precise, modern formulas: hazelnut milk, fig leaf, beetroot and iris, sea salt. A few 10 ml decants are the easiest way to find your own combination.
