Where does the name Akoya come from?
FragranceGems says the parfum is named after the Akoya pearl, which it associates with refinement. The name is not a note, so you will not find pearl in the pyramid.
Is the raspberry sweet or sharp?
FragranceGems writes that orange oil gives the raspberry a sharp, citrus-bright lift, so the fruit leans fresh rather than jammy at first. The caramel arrives later in the heart.
Is eucryphia a common note?
It is a rare wood, as FragranceGems puts it, with honeyed woody tones in the base. If it is new to you, the sample is a low-risk way to meet it.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again.
