Citrus first
The opening stacks orange, grapefruit, bergamot and lemon with some fruity notes. It is the sharpest moment of the perfume, so give it a few minutes before deciding whether the brightness suits you, and note which citrus you notice first.

Tea at the centre
Green tea sits in the heart with jasmine, rose and further floral notes. The tea gives the middle an earthy, dry freshness, while the flowers soften it. Watch whether the tea or the flowers lead on your skin.

A soft, woody finish
The base combines vanilla, sandalwood, musk, amber and cedarwood. They round off the freshness without making it heavy, and the last stage is where a tea perfume shows if it leaves a quiet, clean impression for you.

How to test it
Spray once on a clean forearm in the morning and let it develop while you do ordinary things. The tags list daily, work and evening, so repeat the test at a desk and again after dinner. Wear it on two different days, because tea notes can read differently with the weather.
Who it is for
For people who prefer a fresh, tea-led unisex perfume to a sweet one and want to check that it stays interesting beyond the citrus. It is tagged moderate and for all four seasons, so there is no wrong month to try it.

About Mykonos
Mykonos is an Indonesian perfume house with a Mediterranean name. Its motto is "Born in Indonesia. Built for the world", the perfumes are produced in Indonesia and most of them are Extrait de Parfum, with a few Eau de Parfum. The range in Europe spans six scent families. A sample is the easiest way to find out which of those families suits your skin before you choose a 50 ml or 100 ml bottle.
