Apple, lemon, bergamot, star anise
The opening gathers apple, Italian lemon, Sicilian bergamot and star anise. The fruit and citrus form a crisp, bright start, while star anise adds a cool, licorice-like depth. Spray the decant once and notice how the anise changes the citrus on your skin in the first minutes.

Plum, orange blossom, cardamom
In the heart the record lists plum, orange blossom and cardamom. Plum brings a soft, velvety sweetness, orange blossom a light floral note and cardamom a gentle spice. This is the stage where the scent turns from icy to rounder, so give it some time.

What is inside the Hawas Ice vial?
Perfume that FragranceGems takes from the original bottle and puts into a 10 ml glass spray vial with our own label. This is not an official brand sample: Rasasi did not fill it, and the label is ours.
What does star anise add?
It is listed in the top notes next to apple, Italian lemon and Sicilian bergamot. Star anise has a cool, sweet, licorice-like character, so it gives the citrus a distinctive edge. How clearly you notice it is individual.

A sample set is the only sensible way to tell the Hawas versions apart.
