Rasasi Hawas samples compared
Ten of the eleven Hawas samples are Eau de Parfum from one series. Seven of them set side by side, cool ones against warm ones, with a plan for testing a pair.
Rasasi Hawas samples make a rare case: one series, eleven perfumes, and almost nothing in the names to tell them apart. Rasasi is a house from Dubai, and every Rasasi perfume we fill belongs to Hawas. Ten of the eleven are recorded as Eau de Parfum. So the question is not which house to try, but which Hawas suits you, and the quickest answer is to compare a few next to each other. The first Rasasi guide picks a start; this one sets seven against each other.
The cool side of the series
Three samples are tagged for spring and summer or summer only. Hawas Ice goes fruit first: apple, Italian lemon, Sicilian bergamot and star anise on top, then plum, orange blossom and cardamom, and musk, amber, driftwood and moss below. The mix of plum, cardamom and moss makes it more than a plain citrus.

Hawas Thunder keeps the plan shorter: bergamot, ginger and apple on top, spicy notes in the heart, and woody notes and amber to finish. Only the top has named ingredients, so the only way to learn it is to wear it.

Hawas Tropical is the most playful of the three, with fig leaf, coconut water and ginger up front, coconut, fig and mint in the middle, and tonka bean, musk and sandalwood in the base. Fig and coconut set it apart from Ice, which relies on apple and plum for its fruit.

The warm side of the series
The other four are tagged for autumn and winter, and all four carry the strong intensity tag in our records. Hawas Kobra is the lightest of them, with ginger, bergamot and mandarin on top, cinnamon, green tea and neroli in the heart and musk, woody notes and amber below.

Hawas Exotic has the longest list in the series. Its top reads mugwort, coconut, lavender, cardamom, carrot and bergamot, the heart orris, jasmine, freesia, lily of the valley and cinnamon, and the base cypriol, musk, ambergris, labdanum, patchouli and benzoin. With so many parts, it is a perfume to wear on three different days before you judge it.

Hawas London is the unisex one: pink pepper, saffron and pear first, then incense, rose and white flowers, ending on blonde woods, musk, amber and vanilla. It is the only one of the seven with saffron and white flowers.

Hawas Lava Gold is the sweetest and darkest end: grapefruit, pineapple, apple and lemon open it, leather, oud, saffron and raspberry sit in the heart, and patchouli, amber, moss and caramel fill the base. Grapefruit and caramel in one perfume is a real test of taste.

Three pairs worth wearing
You do not need all seven. Three pairs answer most questions. Ice against Tropical shows how much you like coconut and fig in a summer perfume. Kobra against Exotic shows whether you prefer green tea and neroli or a long, spiced and floral list. Exotic against Lava Gold shows how far you want the sweetness to go. Wear one on each day and write down a line; how to compare two perfumes with samples gives a routine for the pair.
Hawas Fire, Highness, Malibu and Overdose are in the series too. Fire and Highness appear in the first guide, Malibu has tags without a note list, and Overdose has a short one. See all Rasasi samples for the full set.
What the seven share
Look across the lists and a backbone appears. Musk closes Ice, Tropical, Kobra, Exotic and London. Amber appears in Ice, Thunder, Kobra, London and Lava Gold. Ginger links Thunder, Tropical and Kobra, cardamom links Ice and Exotic, and patchouli links Exotic and Lava Gold. That overlap is why the series feels like a family even when two members could hardly be more different. It also means a pair of Hawas samples will share a few notes, so you are comparing the rest: fruit against tea, coconut against caramel, moss against leather.
Where to go from here
If the cool ones appeal, summer perfume samples and the aquatic family extend the idea. If the warm ones win, winter perfume samples and the vanilla notes go further. The wider range lives in Arabic perfume samples. FragranceGems decants every vial and puts on the label itself, and the houses play no part; see how we fill your sample, the FAQ and sample sets.
FAQ
How many Rasasi Hawas samples are there?
Eleven Hawas perfumes are listed as samples here. Ten are recorded as Eau de Parfum, and for Hawas Overdose and Hawas Malibu the records are incomplete, so we name them without leaning on notes.
Which two Hawas samples show the biggest difference?
Hawas Ice and Hawas Lava Gold. One is tagged for summer with apple, lemon and moss, the other for autumn and winter with leather, oud and caramel. A day each tells you which end of the series you prefer.
Are the Hawas perfumes only for men?
Our records file most of them under men, and Hawas London under unisex. Those tags describe how the house presents them. Wear the one you like, and let the notes decide rather than the label.
