Pink pepper through the citrus

Is Absolute Noir sweet because of the pineapple?
FragranceGems describes the pineapple and watermelon as juicy, sweet contrasts to the ambroxan, and they sit in the heart. The pepper on top and the earthy base balance that, but how sweet it feels differs per skin.
What does the moss do in the base?

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again.
