Is this the same perfume as the full bottle?
Yes. The liquid is taken from the original bottle of Assaf Promise and filled into a glass spray vial by FragranceGems. The vial carries our own label, so it is a decant and not a sample made by the brand.
Is Promise for men or for women?
FragranceGems lists it for everyone (unisex). In practice a perfume suits whoever enjoys wearing it, and a sample is the simplest way to find out whether that is you.
How do I test Promise properly?
Spray it on clean skin, do not rub, and check it after a few minutes, at midday and in the evening. Repeat that on a few different days before you decide about a bottle.

About Assaf
Assaf makes Arabian perfumes with character, a warm oriental signature and, as FragranceGems puts it, a range that runs from elegant daytime scents to rich evening compositions. We have not found a brand site to quote, so this page rests on FragranceGems' own data. Among the Assaf samples is Assaf Attacks, an Eau de Parfum: a green, spicy vetiver scent that is more restrained than its name. A sample is the way to find that out.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again.
