Bergamot and coriander over apple and tonka
New York is an Eau de Parfum from Bujairami with bergamot, floral notes and coriander on top, apple, ambroxan and vanilla in the heart, and tonka bean, woody notes and ambergris in the base. It is a modern, fairly smooth structure with a little sweetness in the middle. A 10 ml decant shows how it lives on your skin before you settle on 100 ml.

Bergamot, florals and coriander
The recorded opening starts with bergamot for brightness, adds unspecified floral notes, and brings in coriander for a faintly aromatic, spicy edge. Nothing here is heavy. The first stretch is a good moment to decide whether the coriander appeals to you or whether it feels too green.

Apple, ambroxan and vanilla
In the heart, apple gives a juicy sweetness, vanilla rounds it, and ambroxan provides a smooth, skin-like warmth. This is the part where the perfume stops sparkling and starts to feel close. It rewards some wear, so do not judge it on the first spray alone.

How does the New York sample arrive?
You receive 10 ml of New York in a glass spray vial, decanted by FragranceGems from the original bottle and labelled by our team. To be clear, it is not an official brand sample, and Bujairami was not asked to take part.
Is it sweet or fresh?
Bergamot and coriander open it freshly, apple and vanilla add sweetness in the middle, and tonka bean with woody notes closes it. It sits between the two, and the sample shows where it lands on you.
Can I wear it all year?
FragranceGems tags it for spring, autumn and winter. Trying the decant across those seasons gives the clearest idea of when you would reach for it.
