Test it on a cool evening with a small amount, because an extrait with praline can feel dense. Smell the apple and myrrh at the start, then the guaiac and praline in the middle, then the vanilla and ambroxan late. Repeat once with a different amount to find the level that suits you.

Is it a gourmand perfume?
The recorded notes include praline twice and vanilla, so yes, there is a clear gourmand character. Bergamot, myrrh and guaiac wood add resin and wood, which keeps it from being only sweet.
Why does praline appear twice?
It is listed in both the heart and the base of the recorded pyramid, so the sweetness is present through the middle and into the end. We list it exactly as recorded.
How much should I spray from the decant?
Start with little, since an extrait is dense. A light application on the wrists is enough to judge the opening; you can use more on the next wearing.
