Dates and dried fruit
The top pairs palm date and dried fruits with rose and frankincense, so it begins sweet, dark and a little sticky, with the dryness of resin behind. The brand speaks of dried fruit scented with rose and jasmine: fruit, but perfumed.

Incense, myrrh, cinnamon
In the heart, incense, myrrh, amber and cinnamon form a warm haze, while cedar adds dry wood and jasmine and orange blossom a floral lift. The spice is gentle rather than fiery, and the resins keep it slow and heavy, in the manner of an oriental.

Is the civet real?
No. In this pyramid Zoologist flags civet and musk as synthetic, and says that any animal musk or civet on its ingredient lists is synthetic and carries an asterisk.
Is Camel a heavy oriental?
It is rich and resinous, built on oud and incense. The dried-fruit sweetness softens it, but it leans toward cooler weather and evenings. A sample shows how it behaves on you.

Victor Wong founded the house in Toronto in 2013, and he is frank about the result: the brand calls its range creative, artistic and strong, not mass-appeal, and does not recommend buying a full bottle without trying a sample first. A 10 ml decant lets you find out whether Bee, Squid or Tyrannosaurus Rex is an animal you can live with.

Shipping was 5 days to Finland. Customer service was very good. Happy with the product also. Will shop again.
