How to test them

Start light; you can always add a spray on the next wearing. Use it the way you would use a full bottle, on a normal day. Leave other perfumes off that day, so nothing interferes. Wear it on at least three different days before you decide.

Start with 2, 5 or 10 ml and give it a few days, so that the first impression is not the only one. Keep short notes per perfume; after a week the choice usually makes itself. With 2, 5 or 10 ml in a glass spray vial you can find out how it behaves on your skin, at your own pace.

How many samples should I try at once?

Two or three is a good number. Wear one per day, on clean skin, and write down what you notice in the morning and in the evening before you move to the next.

What is a decant?

Perfume moved from the original bottle into a smaller vial. Ours are filled by FragranceGems into glass spray vials and labelled by us, so you can wear a perfume before you decide on a bottle.
