How to test them

Leave other perfumes off that day, so nothing interferes. Try it once at home and once outdoors, since air and temperature change the impression. Spray it on the inside of your wrist or elbow and do not rub. Apply one or two sprays to clean skin, without other scented products nearby.

A decant of 2, 5 or 10 ml lets you wear it on several days before you decide about a full bottle. Keep short notes per perfume; after a week the choice usually makes itself. Skin, weather and habit change how any perfume comes across, and a sample shows you your version of it.
